The calendar

Fewer initiatives, carefully curated.

We prefer to organise fewer events and follow them closely, rather than fill a calendar. Every event grows out of a project and a partner: that is why dates appear here only once confirmed, with a clear location, schedule and way to take part.

Events fall into three categories: sporting initiatives open to all, cultural meetings and talks, and workshops and experiences aimed at groups, schools or local communities.

Corsa Futurista 2026 (Futurist Run)

An evening of sport and solidarity in the heart of the EUR district, with a competitive run and a walk open to everyone.

On 19 September 2026 the Quadrato della Concordia becomes the starting point of two routes sharing the same evening: at 8:30 pm a non-competitive walk, at 9:00 pm a 9 km run on a circuit repeated seven times. Walkers and runners share the same space and the same finish line.

Proceeds from the non-competitive walk go to Fondazione Casa di Davide, to support activities for the young residents of the house. That is why the walk's fee is kept deliberately low: taking part should be easy for anyone who wants to be there.

What to know before you join.

Who can take part

The 8:30 pm walk is open to anyone, with no training required: everyone walks together, at their own pace. The 9:00 pm run is designed for those used to running, covering 9 km on the circuit.

What to expect

An evening at the EUR district, with start and finish at the Quadrato della Concordia and a course to be repeated seven times. The atmosphere is that of a community event: you run or walk together, not against anyone.
