In plain words
What it means to be registered with the RUNTS.
The RUNTS is the Italian National Register of Third Sector Entities: the public list of organisations that operate without profit for civic, solidarity and social-utility purposes. Registration is not granted through a simple declaration: it is issued by a regional office, after verifying the entity's statute and the requirements set out by the Italian Third Sector Code.
PhiMeK is registered in section G, that of "Other Third Sector entities", by decree of the Calabria Region. From that moment the organisation is subject to obligations of transparency, sound management and the allocation of resources to its statutory purposes: no profit may be distributed, and everything generated remains within its activities.
For anyone who works with us, this means something concrete: the organisation's identity, its legal nature and the decree that attests to it can be verified at any time, starting with the document published below.
